Ceylon Society - Library

The Ceylon Society library is intended to be a reading and reference resource for members. We also want to preserve some of our heritage which would otherwise be lost or scattered across the globe.

Our library receives journals and newsletters from a number of organisations having similar interests to us and with whom we have established reciprocal arrangements.

Donations of historical and heritage items

Our library also gets books and other historical items through donations from both members and non-members. We are always grateful for donations and if you have something you want preserved and which can be accessed by current and future generations, please contact our Librarian.

Library collection and Resources

Our members can borrow books from our current collection. Non-members may also make viewing arrangements, or even request photocopies or scanned items, by contacting our Librarian.
